Our stay had its ups and downs. The location is fantastic and the pools are lovely, but there were several cleanliness issues that really put a damper on our vacation. While we enjoyed the spacious views from our room, the dirty floors and lack of attentive service were disappointing.

I had a delightful stay at this resort, where my family and I celebrated a toddler's birthday. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us, and we loved the children's activities and poolside entertainment. Although there were a few minor hiccups with housekeeping and amenities, the overall experience was very enjoyable, especially for families. I would highly recommend this place for a family getaway, but there’s still some room for improvement.
